A Vibrant Celebration of the Odia Language The Odia Literary Trail is a celebration of language, rhythm, and storytelling — brought to life in the beautiful open-air ambience of Kala Bhoomi. Visitors experience the evolution of Odia language, enjoy vibrant folk performances, and listen to classic stories retold with contemporary insight. Engaging interactions and cultural moments make the trail a meaningful journey into Odisha’s literary and artistic heritage. Practical Details: Duration: 2.5 hours Requirements: Comfortable shoes, notebook (optional), curiosity for language and storytelling About the Trail: The Odia Literary Trail brings alive the linguistic heritage of Odisha — one of India’s oldest classical languages. Participants learn from scholars & authors and enjoy live performance of classical and folk dances and discover stories retold by our story tellers. This trail celebrates the voice of a culture that continues to shape the state’s identity. Itinerary: • 11:15 AM – Assemble at Ekamra Haat • 11:30 AM – Leave for Kala Bhoomi • 12:00 PM – Conversations about Language • 12:45 PM – Folk Dance Performance • 01:15 PM – Story Telling
